You are going to the moon. You are not sure why. There are rules. There are lots of rules. You must follow the rules. You are now a Hero. 

Naval life for Mahan takes a wild turn when he gets sent to the moon for his first duty station. When he arrives no one is there, but he begins receiving transmissions directing him to engage in seemingly arbitrary actions. But why?
